We love our maps and think you will too!
All of our prints, canvases, wood and metal signs, and barrel ends are made-to-order. We carry no inventory of these products, so we are unable to accept returns.
Alternatively, if an item was damaged in shipping send me a note and include a photo of the damaged area and we will exchange it for a new one as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a vast majority of our items ship within 24 hours from the vendor's warehouse, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, a full credit will be issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, we will not be able to provide any refund per our Shop Policies. Orders that are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed additional fees including cancellation and/or shipping fees.
